Please read through all of the following policies before booking an appointment online.

Cancellations

I understand emergencies happen, but please respect my time by letting me know 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make it. I will send out an email reminder 2 days prior to your appointment, and a text message reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment to remind you.

Cancellation/no show Fees

If you cancel within 24 hours prior to your appointment there will be a $25 cancellation fee in order to reschedule with me again.

If you no show, (meaning you scheduled an appointment, didn’t communicate with me that you couldn’t make it, then never showed up) you will be charged HALF the service amount which you scheduled.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds available. We will conduct an in depth consultation prior to beginning your service to go over shape, length, curl, and style. I will verbally confirm everything with you before beginning your service to avoid any bumps in the road. My main priority is to make sure you are happy walking out the door!

Touch ups

If by chance you are experiencing issues with retention please contact me directly within 1-2 days of your service and I will gladly get you in to make changes.

Fill POlicy

I recommend every client books regular fills every 2-3 weeks. It is required that you have at least 50% of your existing extensions on in ordered to be considered a “fill”. If you book a fill and show up with less than that, there will be an upcharge added to the initial fill price. This does not mean you get more fill time. As long as you are following proper aftercare instructions this should never be an issue! PLEASE SHOW UP WITH CLEAN LASHES! Lash extensions do not adhere to dirty lashes. They will fall right off once you brush them. Even if you don’t wear makeup, your natural oils will build up on your lash line and wipe those extensions right off. To save the both of us the trouble, please wash your lashes everyday, and especially right before your appointment.

late to appointment

I understand life happens! Please let me know if you are running a few minutes behind. The amount of time you are late will get taken out of your fill time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you can chose to reschedule with a fee of $25 or I will still work on you for as long as I have you scheduled for at full price. I most likely will have another client booked after you and I will not reschedule or move their appointment down later to accommodate you.
